Transforming to an Agile PMO
Here is the recording for the Transforming to an Agile PMO webinar I recently delivered for the PMI PMO Community. Would love to hear your feedback on it! I shared some of the key ‘waste’ areas within our organizations and some ideas for how the PMO can focus their efforts on addressing these areas with special attention on limiting the number of projects in execution at one time
Please let me know what you think?
Quick Update: Due to popular demand for this webinar I recently presented a newer version of this webinar for PMI’s LEAD Community. So you now have two versions to watch!

Is the presentation available for download? Having trouble streaming it from inside my company’s network. The web page offers a link to go to for downloading, but I don’t find download available there. Otherwise I can view it outside of my work network. Thanks!
Wow, great webinar! I just spent the last 6 months leading an agile transition for a major program within a large organization and I wish I had seen this beforehand. We’ve managed to do a lot of things right but we could have saved some time and effort with the information you have provided. As the PMO Lead, I appreciated your perspective and will be looking to get more information and potentially training.
Thanks,
Anthony Mersino
A great presentation. As a PMO manager transforming our project delivery to Agile, this touched on many of the key points of concern for us. Excel based release planning was interesting. To streamline reporting & tracking etc we are trying automate as much as possible, would be good to hear of other attempts to do this. Also of interest is the evolution of the PM role and where that is best placed eg in relation to the scrum master role.
