If you want to learn how to successfully implement agile or want to improve how your organization delivers value, I highly recommend Agile Transformation to guide you on your journey.  Twenty-eight co-workers and I attended the Effective Requirements Gathering class and it was a fantastic learning opportunity into the world of requirements elicitation and documentation.  With an initial focus on breadth and visioning at a higher level, we then learned practical techniques to deep dive into the depth of the requirements (business rules, acceptance tests, UI prototype, activity diagram).  Sally is a gifted trainer with a passion in helping others improve.  Her enthusiasm is contagious.     July 26, 2011
