Transformation Strategy & Stable Teams Design

This is a unique session designed to help an Executive/Leadership team develop your organization’s transformation strategy and roadmap through this intensive one – two day working session.

Key Learning Outcomes & Deliverables:

  • Understand the critical elements for successful transformations

  • Identify resources and skill gaps
  • Plan for making the transformation ‘Measurable‘ and ‘Sustainable‘ | short look at AgilityHealth as the measurement and growth tool
  • Develop your own transformation vision, objectives, measures and a concrete actionable quarterly roadmap
