Enterprise Business Agility Strategy

Leaders are facing increased pressure from their business to accelerate the pace in meeting a competitive landscape of customer demands. They have a large backlog of enterprise initiatives (high demand) with little understanding of their capacity to deliver against it.

Many enterprises have adopted and scaled Agile methods within their Technology areas, however,  the ones seeing success in becoming more customer focused and aligning demand with capacity have taken the Agile and Lean mindset to the Enterprise.

Through this 1.5 – 2 day session, we’ll explore the critical pillars of an Enterprise Business Agility transformation and build your own vision, measures for success and an actionable roadmap for getting there. 

This workshop is accredited for the ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) credential and is intended to jumpstart the organizational transformation towards a more responsive, value-driven reality.

  • Customer Seat at the Table | Gain key skills and knowledge for engaging with your customers and solving real problems. Learn modern Lean Startup and Lean Product Dev methods.
  • Lean Portfolio Mgmt. | Experiment with designing visual Kanban boards to visualize your demand and capacity. Learn to leverage quarterly planning.
  • Stable Teams | Learn current trends for designing your organizational structure around stable teams while leveraging the power of Communities of Practice and Enabling Teams.
  • Agile Framework & Mindset | Understand the critical Agile/Lean practices that can be adopted by all teams (even outside of Technology).
  • Leadership & Culture Transformation | Explore the Adaptive Leadership journey which is a critical success factor for helping your managers and leaders lead high performing self-organizing teams.
  • Make it Stick | Design a plan to make your transformation stick when external partners are not on-site by enabling internal change agents, engaging HR and continuously measuring your progress.
  • Design your transformation team and track leaders and develop a solid quarterly roadmap for each track.
  • Learn the top transformation risks and lessons learned from other companies.
