PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP Exam Objectives

Passing certifications exams, like the new PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP sm Exam, requires rigorous preparation.  Test takers need educational credits such as Agile Transformation’s PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP course. not only to qualify for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP sm certification, but also to prepare properly.

Test takers should have a thorough understanding of the test objectives. Among other subject areas, test takers will be questioned on the 10 Tools and Techniques and 43 Knowledge and Skills areas stipulated by the PMI and also covered in our course.

To help you prepare for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP sm Exam, here are the specific objectives covered on the exam:

  • Soft skills negotiation
    • Including but not limited to: emotional intelligence, collaboration, adaptive leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, servant leadership
  • Value-based prioritization
    • Including but not limited to: return on investment (ROI)/net present value (NPV)/internal rate of return (IRR), compliance, customer-valued prioritization, minimally marketable feature (MMF), relative prioritization/ranking

    • Including but not limited to: risk-adjusted backlog, risk burn down graphs, risk-based spike
  • Metrics
