Agile Release Planning Workshop

Many teams that adopt Agile will tend initially to focus on adopting the Scrum practices of Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective. The only problem is these practices assume you have a rough Release Plan to guide the Team.  The goal of this course is to take a team (Developers, Product Owners, ScrumMasters, Analysts, Testers, Developers, Subject Matter Experts, Architects), through a journey of Release Planning using their real world project or product initiative. We will discuss in detail the steps of Release planning and will do release planning as a team with 11 workshops.   Teams will walk away with a Release Plan that they can execute on the next day.
